Tell No One
(Chapter intro-Ch. 6)

As this book begins Dr. Beck relives the night that his wife was brutally kidnapped. This description is very specific. You can tell he has been thinking of that night since it happened. After the introduction, the book goes into Beck's life as a doctor. That day is the anniversary of his wife's kidnapping. He receives a mysterious email. It has words that only his wife would know. This isn't possible because his wife's body was found five days after the kidnapping and her killer was put in jail. When he opens the email he sees a live feed of a woman that is Elizabeth, his dead wife. The book then goes into a story about two men who kill a man who trys to scam Griffin Scope. I think Scope might have something to do with Elizabeth's death. So far the story has been pretty confusing but it is very exciting and very detailed. I am excited for the rest of the story.

Tell No One
(Chapter 7-Chapter 13)

As the book goes on the author gives more information but the book also becomes more confusing. Many new characters are introduced but there is no clear reason for them in the book. Now the plot is more twisted because two bodies have been found at the site of the kidnapping. A witness of the kidnapping tells his story and the FBI now believes that Beck killed Elizabeth. They have found pictures of a battered Elizabeth from a car accident but there never was an accident. Beck receives another email from Elizabeth and the killers from the early part of the book are now watching Beck. We now learn that they work for Griffin Scope and they set up the kidnapping of Elizabeth. I think that Griffin Scope is now connected to the murder of Elizabeth. Beck now has to relive the death of his wife and give up his tough man exterior. He has to go back and try to collect information about the murder without telling the secrets of the emails.

Tell No One
(Chapter 14 -20)

We are starting to learn a little more about the two murderers introduced to us earlier in the book. One is Wu and the other is Larry. They work for Griffin Scope and are for some reason chasing after Beck. They know exactly what he is doing at all times and they now know about the emails that he has been getting. They kill Beck's friend to get information from her after Beck's calls her about stuff with Elizabeth. The biggest surprise of this part of the book is that Elizabeth of whoever is sending these emails knows that Wu and Gandle are watching because they keep warning Beck that he is being watched. Even with this new email to meet the email sender in the park they mention that someone will be following and watching. I really feel bad for Beck right now because no one believes him about the emails, the FBI thinks he killed his wife and he feels abandoned and alone. I predict that things will only get worse for Beck once Gandle and Wu get closer on his trail.

Tell No One
(Chapter 21-Chapter 27)

This section of the story is a 180-degree difference from anything that has happened in this story so far. After the woman's murder, Gandle plants the murder weapon in Beck's garage. He is now accused of two murders. Then the day that he is supposed to meet Elizabeth in the park he learns from his lawyer that he is going to be arrested. Beck then does the unthinkable and runs from the police. He gives up his common sense and takes off through downtown. The weirdest part of all was that he head butted a cop and broke his jaw to get away. Not only is he accused of two murders he is now accused of assaulting a police officer. He then calls his patient's father, a drug dealer, Tyrese. He rescues him and arms him for the unstable future he has created for himself. This was my favorite part so far because it was so exciting and so unlike the character that the author portrays earlier in the book. I really predict that things will work out for Beck even though running from the cops might not have been the smartest thing that he has ever done.

Tell No One
(Chapter 28-34)

Beck is still on the run from the police. He visits the lawyer his wife visited and finds out she gave a man an alibi in a murder case saying that she was sleeping with him at the time of the murder. Beck knows this isn't true and visits with the boy and he admits it. He talks to Shauna and she still wants him to turn himself in. He is kidnapped by Wu but Tyrese saves him from the killers. Elizabeth gets on a plane and wants to get out of Beck's life forever. One of the agents in the case now believes that Beck is not the murderer and he has been set up. Beck now has to prove his innocence before it is too late. No only are the police after him but the FBI and the killers. His own family now believes that he might have committed the murders and that he is going crazy. Beck has to find Elizabeth but that is going to be hard with so many people after him.

Tell No One
(Chapter 35-39)

This section of the book tells us the answers to questions that we have had during the whole book. It turns out that Brandon Scope, the son of the guy who hired the killers, was the one that beat up Elizabeth. That is why she had so many bruises in those pictures. We also learn that they think that Elizabeth had a drug problem. The FBI also thinks that Elizabeth's father stole the autopsy photos for some reason. The most important thing in this section is that Shauna, Linda and one of the FBI agents now believe that Beck is innocent. They are getting proof to clear his name. We also learn Elizabeth's fake name and that she had bought tickets for her and Beck to leave the country. There are still a lot of questions to be answered and I am excited to learn what happens at the end.

Tell No One
(Chapter 35-Chapter 41)

I have finally come to the end of this book and what a book it was. The ending was so crazy that I had to read it twice to know what was going on. Elizabeth is alive and visits Shauna. She then meets up with Beck for their reunion back at their tree. You would think this would be the end of the story but it was only the beginning. It turns out that Elizabeth had discovered that Brandon Scope was a bad man. She kept investigating him and he beat her up. He tried to kill her at her house but Hoyt killed him first. Hoyt is also responsible for the death of Beck's father because he told Griffin that old Beck knew about his evil ways. Elizabeth was kidnapped by her father and sent away so Griffin couldn't hurt her. The men that were found there were sent by Griffin and killed by Hoyt. They found a body that kind of matched Elizabeth and cremated her. At the climax of the story, Hoyt goes and kills Griffin Scope and then turns around and kills himself. This book had amazing descriptions and it was filled with twists and turns. The reader could only learn a little bit each chapter. This made it impossible to put the book down!
